At SmileFun, we want you to glow inside and out, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all beauty products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
